Unveiling of the Shoah Wall of Names in Austria
On November 9, 2021, the 83rd anniversary of the “Kristallnacht” progrom, the Shoah Wall of Names Memorial in Vienna was officially inaugurated. The memorial commemorates the fate of more than 64,000 jews who were murdered during the Shoah. It is located in the Ostarrichi Park, a central space adjacend to the Austrian National Bank and the Campus of the University of Vienna.
